For support, please email info@banxia.com with details of the problem you are having. Please include specific information such as product name, version, what you are doing to get to where you are having the problem, and the text of any messages you are seeing. We will do our best to help.

Remote connection

If you have been asked to use our TeamViewer support system, please click here to download the Windows version. If your firewall stops you downloading an EXE file, then there is a zipped version too.
