If you have purchased your Interwrite PRS™ system from Banxia Software, then we will provide you with first-line support to make sure that your system is working. If you have specific issues with the software, then you can contact us and we will try to help you or you can visit the Interwrite support forums where you can talk to the Interwrite Learning developers and primary support staff. User Group Meetings

Banxia Software Ltd also organises and supports User Group Meetings. These meetings are organised in partnership with customers already using Interwrite PRS. See the 2011 page for details.

Training

Training courses are now available from Banxia Software. We can provide on-site workshops, at your location. We also provide workshops at our offices in Kendal, Cumbria, on the edge of the English Lake District. See our training pages for details.
