System requirements:
The desktop software will work happily on Windows XP, Vista or 7. 32-bit or 64-bit operating systems fully supported.
Office versions 2007 and 2010 are supported in 32-bit versions only. (64-bit plug-in will follow soon)
For use with the black PRS-RF receiver for Cricket or PRS-RF, no additional software is required. If you have the eInstruction Device Manager installed, then it must be version 6.70 or later (6.71 strongly recommended), which will then work with all of the Cricket, PRS-RF, Spark and Pulse handsets (all handsets supported by the device manager).
