Our iPhone app is available on the app store – just search for “banxia” to find it. 
To use the software, enter your account details (free to create on our portal, link available in the app), then enter the join code shown on the presenter’s screen. Click Join lecture to start.
When a question is active, you are shown the options on your device. Tap the item you think is correct (or enter a number or text as prompted), then click Send to confirm it. If you change your mind, repeat the operation.
What will the app cost me to use?
The app is a free download, and there is no direct cost for use. You will use data transfer to our server, which might be via WiFi (usually free) or your carrier’s data network. It uses text only so that bandwidth use is kept to a minimum.
Why does it take a moment for questions to appear?
The app is designed to keep data use to a minimum, so it may take some seconds before it will update after the lecturer has started the question.
Why do I need two passwords?
The Interact HE system uses two passwords, one for the web system, one for the apps. This ensures that someone who watches you entering your password on your device in class cannot then interfere with your student details on the web site.
