Remote Support ToolTo assist Banxia Software technical support, we have put an application on our web site which will allow us to see your computer screen. This is quite secure as you are in charge of when you connect, and your computer makes the connection to us and not from us to you. Most people will be able to use this without trouble, but if your system administrators have very strict firewall policies, it may not work at all and we would have to find an alternate solution. Download LinkTo download the support tool, just click here on the RemoteClient.exe link. Select the Save to disk option from the client. Choose a location somewhere that will be easy to find when you want to run it.
Only in very special situations, as advised by support, will you need the alternative version in a zip file. InstructionsRun the software (perhaps after downloading it using the option offered).
You will be presented with the remote control client software. Check that it is showing a banxia.com address (with a prefix to identify a computer like kendal.banxia.com) then click the Auto-Connect button. It will then try to connect to technical support.
When support is ready to receive, you will get a confirmation prompt. Click Yes, that's OK.
