On the lower left there is an optional panel showing the complete list of items, and the current position within the list (highlighted in blue). This can be resized to suit the area required by dragging on the bar between it and the right side, or hidden quickly by clicking on the "button" on the bar.
The bottom of the screen shows a black bar with a count of the number of keypads still to select an option. When there are only a few left, the individual numbers are shown so that the remaining ones can be identified if necessary.

(Note that the display is very customizable to show different shapes and directions, or a pie chart.)
With a large number of participants you should first check that the results display is legible for the size of audience, room size and projection/ display size that you are working with.
