The options on this dialog are described below.
In version 2 of Impact Explorer the matrix always used high, medium and low, and this is referred to in version 3 as the "standard 3x3" option. When this is selected, you can specify whether an additional "negligible" choice is shown. If you select the custom range instead, then the negligible option is not available because you can set it in your specified range.
For custom ranges, you have either both dimensions use the same range, or you can set them independently using the Second dimension same as first option. The prompt editing is the same as for the Vote range and can be customised by editing the text in the list.
 | To change the prompts in a range, choose the values and then double-click on a prompt in the list to edit it.

| To save a list for re-use, click on the button to the top right of the list and select Save Prompts from the menu. Enter a meaningful name to use. The prompts are stored independent of the workshops.

| To use a list you saved earlier, click on the button to the top right of the list and select the name of the list. The list will appear, and the dimension range will also be automatically set to match.

| To manage the stored lists (rename, edit or delete), click on the button to the top right of the list and select Manage prompts...

| To spell check the list, click the ABC button.
