Loading elements from file

To import Impact Explorer™ elements from a text file, first either chose the "save as text" option in your word processor or copy, paste and save your document in Windows Notepad (use Notepad, not Wordpad. You will find Notepad in the Accessories menu in Windows).



When you have saved your document as text you can import it into a list either using the activity wizard, or the List manager.

Note: Impact Explorer™ can accept clipboard data from any application that outputs plain text. Word processors do not produce plain text documents and do not save as plain text unless that option is specifically chosen.
The best option for transferring data from word-processors is to use the clipboard.
