Installing from CD-ROM

Insert the Impact Explorer™ CD-ROM into the CD drive. On most systems, the installer will be detected and automatically started. If your system does not do this, run the CDSTART.EXE program on the CD-ROM. The welcome screen will be displayed. Please note - it is good practice to close other applications while installing any new applications.

To install the software, select the "Main install" button, and then the "Impact Explorer™ Setup" button. Follow the prompts in the set-up wizard to install the software. The wizard will provide suggestions (the default options) which you can accept unless you require otherwise.

At the end of the installation you may have to restart your computer (if prompted) to ensure that the components are properly configured.
