Each activity operates on a list of phrases, called elements. An example would be a list of possible places to do road-show presentations, or the questions in a quiz. Because you will often want to use the same list more than once, the software keeps all the lists in the workshop file and has a list manager to help you work with them. You can quickly enter lists at any time either by typing them in (perhaps with group members making suggestions), by copying from another application, or by loading from another workshop file.
When you want to start a new activity, you simply select the list you want to use, or create a new one.
