Element list page

Each activity operates on a list of phrases, called elements. An example would be a list of possible places to do road-show presentations, or the questions in a quiz. Because you will often want to use the same list more than once, the software keeps all the lists and has a list manager to help you work with them.

This page of the activity wizard allows you to quickly select from the available lists using a drop-down list, or to create a new list from a variety of sources.

To select from an existing list, choose it in the drop-down list, then click the Next button. The software will pre-select the last list you used to make it easy to repeat a list for another activity.

To create a new list from an external source, click on the button that reflects your source. Quick Paste creates the list from the clipboard. Quick File shows a file selector for importing a text file. Type in List starts a new list in the list manager. Quick Decision Explorer imports from the Decision Explorer® software.

If you wish to review the lists available, you can click on the list manager button to display the list manager. This also allows you to load lists from other workshop files.

If you are setting up a Q&A session, a message will be shown if there are no choices for some elements.
