The agenda system is a key part of using Impact Explorer to plan a workshop in advance. The agenda editor is the heart of the system, and has the following components:

On the right, you have the list of possible activities that can be added to your agenda.

Some activities are not available in all versions of the software, and those not available are indicated with a '*' next to their name. To add an activity to the agenda, simply click on it and drag it to the location you want it to appear. Alternatively, you can click on it and use the Add selection button.

The agenda itself is shown with a title, the time the activity is due to take, whether it has been done already, and a summary of the main options chosen. You can change the "done" status of an activity using the menu so that you can repeat something if necessary.

Although the agenda sets out a plan of action, you can skip around if you wish, or create new activities using the activity wizard. The workshop file contains both the agenda items, and all of the activities actually done. Editing the agenda does not change the stored activities that were completed in any way.
