 | If you have lists in an existing application, you can usually copy it across quite quickly. If you can copy it to the clipboard, copy it then simply click the Paste button and follow any instructions that may appear. (You may be asked to confirm whether you want to add to the existing list, or to replace the list completely.)

| If the existing list is in a text file, you can import it by clicking on the Import file button and selecting it. Note that it must be plain text - a word-processor document will not work (the clipboard is best for transferring lists from word-processor documents).
