Additional Licenses

For all single user licenses costing over £150 (excl. shipping and VAT), you can buy further licenses (“license extensions”) at a 35% discount. The first license is always full price. The 2nd to 5th licenses are at a discount of 35% off the single license price. The 6th and further licenses are at a discount of 40% off the single license price. License extensions are a certificate only and do not include any additional copies of the software or manuals. They are intended for use by colleagues in the same office or department (that is at the same geographical location). To order an additional license add an “X” to the product code. For example, for an additional Frontier Analyst single user 75 unit analysis capability license use the code FAP1/75X.

Frontier Analyst® Upgrades and Maintenance

If you have version 3 of Frontier Analyst® and wish to upgrade to version 4, purchase the 1 year maintenance to obtain it. Renewal each year is discounted, and you continue to get the maintenance benefits. If you have version 4, you can also renew your maintenance and also get the benefits.

Maintenance will give you all major upgrades in the period covered, as well as installation and operation support. Annual maintenance must be purchased for each licensed user. Maintenance does not include any physical product, but provides access to updates through the software internet-update facility and web site download.

Renewal of your maintenance is available at a discount if you renew before the maintenance expires, or within one month of its expiry. After this time, a full price maintenance must be purchased again.

Important: At no time does your purchased software expire or stop working – it will continue to work even past the maintenance expiry. The software will remind you that maintenance is about to expire, but there is no requirement to renew. Minor updates will continue to be available via our web site.

Shiping costs are available on this page. All prices exclude VAT (value added tax) at the current rate. VAT is payable on orders in the UK. In the EC you must provide a VAT number or we must charge you VAT. VAT is not payable on orders from the rest of the world. If your government requires a certificate of origin, we will advise you of the additional cost. E&OE.

What value is a “£ pound”? What is GBP?

If you are not in the UK, then you may be wondering how to pay. Don’t worry – we can charge your credit card in “pounds sterling” (“GBP” – Great Britain Pounds), and the credit card company sorts out conversion at the current exchange rate so that the charges appear on your bill in your local currency. Alternatively, check if a local distributor is available – they will always take orders in local currency.

Academic Prices

Academic licenses must be used for academic teaching, learning and/or research purposes and not for commercial gain (see detail below). For non-academic (“commercial”) prices, please see above.

Banxia Software guidelines for eligibility for academic discount. To qualify for academic/educational prices you must be a bona fide school, college or university teacher/lecturer, a registered student or a researcher at an educational establishment. Government / military establishments do not qualify.
