Decision Explorer® FeaturesThe features page for Decision Explorer has now moved to a new location
Mapping TechniquesThe flexibility of Decision Explorer® allows it to support many mapping techniques for use both by a single user, and in group work (as a Group Decision Support System - GDSS). The supplied user guides give instructions on a specific mapping technique. However, it is not necessary to use this to achieve results - the most important factor is that your chosen technique is applied consistently. Although mapping will not always give you instant answers, as the model of the issue is built up the key factors soon become apparent, and you can then explore the potential solutions. Decision Explorer® maps are not static pages, but dynamic views of a much larger model. You won't reach the limits of any page size, and you can keep working with and adding to a model over time. Key Analysis FunctionsDecision Explorer® provides many facilities to help you analyse the maps that you build. They include:

From November 2007, we are no longer shipping in an outer carton, but will ship using a DVD case instead. The manuals and the case are sent in a shipping wrap. This helps us keep production and environmental costs down. Note: Student edition does not include printed manuals - they are supplied on CD-ROM only.
Decision Explorer® requires Windows 2000 or later (XP, Vista), a Mouse and colour VGA screen (or better). A CD-ROM drive or good internet connection are required for installation. Earlier versions are available that are compatible with Windows 95, 98, and NT4. |
