We offer CoNexus-related training, process-related training, and customized training via our consulting partners.

CoNexus-Related Training

  • Strategist (4 days)
    Training on how to use the CoNexus® hardware and all three CoNexus® applications (Strategist, Customer CoNexion™, Meeting CoNexion™). The Strategist training is based on Creative Strategic Thinking, which has been practiced for over thirty years using a variety of manual and automated techniques. The Creative Strategic Thinking process enables groups to create a common vision, develop missions, then creatively build a list of strategies that can be "profiled" to find the greatest opportunities. This process can be used for any team decision-making opportunity. This training combines the creative process with the incorporation of customer input into strategic and internal decision-making efforts.
  • Customer CoNexion™ (2 days)
    Training on how to use the CoNexus hardware and  the Customer CoNexion and Meeting CoNexion applications. With this training, you will learn how to use the creative process to better understand the needs and desires of your customers. You will anticipate the emerging needs of customer groups through the "backwards from perfect" process. You will be able to quantify subjective data without moderator influence or  interpretation-you will get the message directly from the customer. What you learn in this training can be applied to any internal or external customer application.
  • Meeting CoNexion™ (1 day)
    Training on how to use the CoNexus hardware and the Meeting CoNexion application. This is basic training covering meeting design, the appropriate use of Meeting CoNexion, facilitation techniques, methods for creating shared outcome, valuing difference, and ensuring maximum appropriate participation.
  • Operator Training (1 day)
    Training on how to use the CoNexus hardware and software. Operators will learn how to set up, operate, and repack the CoNexus system and how to generate reports. This frees facilitators to do what they do best-lead groups.

When you purchase CoNexus, included with your purchase is training for one person on using the CoNexus hardware and software and the application(s). Other persons in your organization who will be using CoNexus should also receive training.

Process-Related Training

We offer the following process-related training:

  • Creative Process Training (3 days)
    Creative process training is an opportunity to learn new methods for mining the wisdom of a group and tapping their ability to create the future. This four-day workshop capitalizes on over three decades of research and development performed by principals in creativity-expanding techniques. Ongoing research shows that groups actually enhance their creative production by over 400 percent.
  • Innovation Management Training (2 days)
    Help leaders and managers identify the key contributors to innovation within their organisation. Establish a baseline for innovations and determine the ways leaders and managers can foster innovation and create a culture that sustains innovation over time. This training specifically addresses the types of innovation required depending on the organization's growth cycle. In the training the group will generate alternatives and determine where the greatest and most effective opportinuties lie.

Training Locations and Schedule

Conexus® training is provided in London (UK) and Alexandria, VA (USA), and at other locations throughout the year. We can also provide CoNexus training at your location (five-person minimum).

The workshops include Strategist, Customer CoNexion™, and Meeting CoNexion™ training.
