| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Prices are charged in British Pounds Sterling on the web shop, with approximate US$ prices shown as a guide. Normally, your credit card company sort out the currency conversion. To pay by bank transfer in US$ or Euro currency, please contact us for a quote.We accept credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency (approximate figures are shown). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.If you choose to be invoiced, we will send you an invoice for the goods, which will be held until payment is received. | Shipping And Handling Software products may be shipped either by signed courier (we use TNT, Fedex are not used currently), or by electronic delivery (web download information sent by email after manual processing, may be up to 15Mb in size). Some countries with high import tariffs are only available via electronic delivery (see taxes below). We do not ship any products via Email to individuals with anonymous Email addresses from organizations such as HOTMAIL. If you have an anonymous Email address and would still like to order our products, please contact info@banxia.com, or choose the courier service. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by problems in delivery outside of our control, though we will offer assistance contacting the delivery company used to track a package.Due to their weight, books are always sent via standard mail, not via courier unless you specifically request it. For self-adhesive ovals, you can choose your method.IMPORTANT: For non-couriered items (post) we obtain proof of posting, but cannot provide any guarantee of delivery. We will do our best to help trace mail, but are not able to replace items sent in such a way. For items of value, please choose a signed for courier service, or electronic delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule We process your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 5 business days. Electronic delivery is sent by email upon manual processing of your order. |

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
